The Linebacker CP5X125-Y/O polyurethane extra heavy duty 5 channel cable protector has open top channels covered by a lid with reinforced fiberglass hinges to protect cables, electrical cords, and hoses with an outside diameter of up to 1.25"/31.8 mm from wear and compression caused by vehicular traffic (up to 40,300 lb./18,280 kg per axle) while helping to reduce the danger posed by loose cables in the path of pedestrians. Its bright yellow and orange colors help reduce the risk of pedestrian tripping accidents. The cable protector has two T-shaped connectors on each side (two male connectors on one side and two female connectors on the other) for interlocking multiple connectors to extend coverage across wide passages. This cable protector is manufactured using a process called Reaction Injection Molding (RIM), which results in a consistency beneficial when connecting multiple protectors. The polyurethane used is nonconductive, UV-stabilized, and resistant to damage from abrasion, oils, and solvents. The cable protector has a recessed handle on the underside of the protector for transport. The surface of the ramps and lid has a patented five-bar tread pattern for traction, and molded safety symbols that meet American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z535.3-1991 standards. This cable protector is suitable for use in indoor and outdoor industrial environments, such as construction sites, where extra heavy-duty cable protection is required due to truck and forklift traffic. When used according to manufacturer’s recommendations, this product is covered by a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials.
