HMI Hoyme Manufacturing Inc. Motorized Fresh Air Damper for Combustion - 6" SF1 for One Heating Appliance

The COMBUSTION FRESH AIR DAMPER, Series 'HOM' is motorized and used for the control of fresh air for combustion. It is patented and Code Certified to be field installed and interlocked with a thermostat of a furnace or aquastat of a boiler, using either oil, propane or natural gas. The damper is placed at the terminating end of an insulated fresh air inlet duct beside the furnace. When the thermostat asks for heat, this motorized damper opens to allow fresh air for complete combustion. When the furnace stops, the damper closes to prevent the entry of unnecessary cold air. This results in added comfort with a definite saving of fuel. HMI HOYME dampers and accessories are internationally certified by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) to include both the United States and Canada. HMI Hoyme Manufacturing Inc. • The eSense Fresh Air Indicator (FAI) for OSHA is a low-cost and maintenance-free carbon dioxide alarm designed to be installed in factories, breweries, wineries, CO2 storage closets or anywhere carbon dioxide levels need to be monitored for personal safety.



• An audible alarm and flashing light indicate when recommended indoor carbon dioxide levels exceed the 5,000ppm TWA (time-weighted average) specified by OSHA in the Carbon Dioxide Material Safety Data Sheet.



• In addition to a CO2 safety alarm, the eSense FAI includes analog and digital outputs to transmit CO2 levels to a building automation system for a control panel alarm, or to control an emergency exhaust fan.
